All products offered by CellTheory are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution to purchase from CellTheory. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that we believe violate these terms or applicable law.

Products ship domestically within the United States with typical delivery in 4–5 business days. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

CellTheory is not liable for any misuse of its products. The buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of any product purchased. Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis.
